restore scripts hierarchy option + change IDE id generation

  1. restore the alternative way to build the website
  2. Change the way editors ids are generated (currently: tide to their content)
    • use the file path (relative to cwd, but it doesn't actually matter...)
    • add a tracker, raising BuildError if identical ids are found (avoid a lot of problems later...)
