Open new notebook with correct language

Romain Casati a demandé de fusionner master vers master

@casatir When opening a new notebook, the language is always Python (even if another language was selected). This PR fix this. I also auto-formated the corresponding file, tell me if I should not.

I will also try to fix a "change language" bug in a future PR.
