Add "monolithic.py" way to provide exercices

  • UPD - Reorganize the macros python package
  • ADD - Introduce a third way to feed the macros with files/data (all python codes in the same file)
  • ADD - Redirection of stdout and stderr when running HDR content
  • FIX - Enforce prepending the original public tests before the secret tests
  • UPD - store internally the public tests separately from the user's code
